What is white
collar boxing?

White collar boxing is boxing for people with day jobs and little or no fight experience. You train for eight weeks, get matched with someone of a similar age, weight and experience, and fight on a professional show in full protective kit.

With The White Collar Fight Club, the coaching is free. You train twice a week at Gymbox Victoria, raise money for a cause you care about, and finish with your own ring walk in front of the people who backed you.

We have run camps in London since 2017. More than 4,500 people have been through the ring since 2018, and our fighters have raised more than £690,000 for charity.

Who it's for

  • Complete beginners. 85% of our fighters started with less than three months' experience
  • Anyone 18 or over by fight night. There's no upper age limit
  • People who want a goal, not just a gym membership
  • Anyone who wants to raise money for a cause that matters to them
