Policies

These terms apply when you buy a ticket or table for a White Collar Fight Club fight night. Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, which processes your payment.

1. Buying tickets

  1. Tickets and tables are sold through Eventbrite. A booking fee applies to each ticket and each table, and is shown at checkout before you pay. The booking fee is non-refundable except where we cancel a show.
  2. At checkout you choose the fighter you are supporting. Your ticket counts towards their ticket target.
  3. Prices, seating and table options are different at each show. They are shown on the fight night page and at checkout.

2. Tables

  1. Tables seat 10. Tables are reserved with a deposit, shown at checkout, and the booking fee is paid with the deposit.
  2. The balance is due by the end of week 6 of fight camp. We email you the date and how to pay when you book, and a reminder a week before.
  3. If the balance is still unpaid 7 days after the due date, we may release your table and the deposit is not refunded.
  4. Tables booked after the balance due date are paid in full at checkout.
  5. Your 10 table tickets are issued once the balance is paid. Table numbers are assigned in order of purchase.
  6. Table deposits are non-refundable.

3. Refunds and transfers

  1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in these cases:
    • the fighter you are supporting cannot continue because of an injury in the first 6 weeks of camp and provides valid medical evidence
    • we remove the fighter you are supporting from the card, for example for ticket sales, behaviour, medical reasons, missing compulsory sparring or because we cannot find them a safe match
  2. Table deposits are non-refundable, even when a ticket refund is due.
  3. If you cancel a booking yourself, you remain liable for the full value of it.

4. Changes to the show

  1. We publish the fight card in advance, but bouts can change up to the night itself for medical, matching or safety reasons. A change to the card is not grounds for a refund.
  2. If a venue, supplier or other third party changes or cancels arrangements, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide an alternative.
  3. If we cancel a show and cannot offer a new date, we will refund the price of your ticket.

5. On the night

  1. Each show has its own dress code, shown on the fight night page. Our black tie nights are black tie or similar.
  2. Shows are photographed and filmed. By attending, you accept that you may appear in crowd shots used to promote our shows.
  3. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Afterparties are strictly 18+, and anyone under 18 must leave by 11pm.
  4. We and the venue can refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or abusive, without a refund.

6. Your details

  1. We use your name, email address and booking details to issue your tickets and send you important information about the show you have booked. Your payment is handled by Eventbrite. We never see or store your card details.
  2. We only send you news about future shows, or offers from our partners, if you have agreed to it. You can unsubscribe at any time.

7. General

  1. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
  2. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
