More than
an away day

Most team building lasts an afternoon. Fight camp lasts eight weeks. Your colleagues train together twice a week, push each other through the hard sessions, and finish on a professional show with their own ring walk.

It's a fitness goal with a date on it. Two coached sessions a week, plus an optional Strength & Conditioning session on Saturdays, all building towards one night.

Every fighter raises money for charity, for CALM, our charity partner, or a cause close to their heart. Our fighters have raised more than £690,000 since 2018.

Why teams do it

  • A shared goal that runs for two months, not two hours
  • Regular, coached exercise, straight after work
  • Money raised for charity, together
  • A fight night for colleagues, friends and clients to cheer on
  • Something people are still talking about years later

How it works
for a team

Your team joins a normal fight camp, alongside people from all over London. Everyone is coached from their first stance to their fight plan.

Is it really free?

Yes, the coaching is free. Each fighter pays a £100 Fight Camp Deposit when they register for camp after the intro meeting.
