What is
Muay Thai?

Muay Thai is a combat sport that uses punches, kicks and knees. In the UK it's often called Thai boxing. It's the same sport.

At The White Collar Fight Club you learn it from scratch. You train twice a week at Gymbox Farringdon, follow the same eight-week programme as our boxers with kicks, knees and clinch work on top, raise money for a cause you care about, and finish with a fight on a professional show.

We have run camps in London since 2017, with Team Tieu coaching our fighters in boxing and Muay Thai since the very first camp. More than 4,500 people have been through the ring since 2018.

Who it's for

  • Complete beginners. 85% of our fighters started with less than three months' experience
  • Anyone 18 or over by fight night. There's no upper age limit
  • People who want to use their whole body, not just their hands
  • Anyone who wants to raise money for a cause that matters to them
