Charity boxing events in London

Our 2027 shows, what happens on the night and where the money goes.

Guide3 min read

A charity boxing event is a night of amateur bouts where every fighter is raising money for a cause. At The White Collar Fight Club, every fighter on the card has trained for eight weeks and raises money for CALM, our charity partner, or a cause of their own. Since 2018, our fighters have raised more than £690,000.

Our 2027 shows in London

Tickets from £26, and tables of ten from £450 at black tie shows. See all fight nights.

What happens on the night

  1. Doors at 5pm. Find your table or your spot, get a drink and find the people you came for.
  2. The ring walks. Each fighter walks out to the ring with their supporters on their feet.
  3. The bouts. Boxing and Muay Thai, three 2-minute rounds each, with 1 minute's rest between.
  4. The results. The referee scores every bout and announces the result in the ring: a winner and a runner up, or a draw.
  5. The afterparty. Free at our black tie shows, and strictly 18+.

Two kinds of fight night

  • Black tieArt Deco glamour at The Lighthouse, tables of ten with table service, a full bar and food, live production and a free afterparty. Black tie or similar
  • Backyard BoutsRaw and underground. A packed standing crowd pressed right up to the ropes, ring walks straight through the middle of it. Every show has its own theme

Where the money goes

There are two kinds of money on the night, and they do different jobs:

  • Ticket revenue. 100% of ticket revenue goes towards fight camp and the running of the show. That's how the coaching stays free.
  • Fundraising. Every fighter raises money through their own fundraising page, and donations go straight to the charity, never through us. £190k has gone to CALM since February 2022, and £500k+ to causes our fighters chose themselves.

When you buy a ticket, pick the fighter you're supporting at checkout and it counts towards their target. More in how fundraising works.

Is it safe to watch, and to fight?

Every bout is matched by our coaches on age, weight and experience and fought in full protective kit. Every fighter has a medical before and after their bout, and professional referees run every fight with medics ringside. More in is white collar boxing safe?

Or be on the card

Every fighter at our shows started where you are. 85% had less than three months' experience when they signed up. The coaching is free, and the next camp starts on 25 January for The Emerald Ball.
