We built this for people who'd never thrown a punch.

A bit nervous, no experience, quietly wondering if you could? That's exactly who this is for. Thousands have stood where you are. They could, and so can you. Give us eight weeks and we'll show you what you're made of. Already trained a bit but never stepped through the ropes? This is your next step.

In their words

"The training was intense, and sometimes I questioned what I'd signed up for. But week by week I felt stronger, not just physically but mentally. By fight night it wasn't about winning or losing. It was about proving to myself that I could commit to something and see it through."Chrisia
"I quit my job in the financial industry to be a personal trainer, so I do a lot of weightlifting and running but the best part about camp so far has been the people, you all feel like you're in the same boat. It's a great community."James
"The best experience of my life (along with my wedding)"Matt

Fight for something bigger

Every fighter raises money for a cause. Since 2018, our fighters have raised more than

£690,000

  1. 1

    Pick your cause

Raise for our charity partner, CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), or any charity close to your heart.

  2. 2

    Set up your page

We'll show you how at the intro meeting. Donations go straight to the charity, never through us.

  3. 3

    Raise at least £50

That's the minimum, not the target. The top fundraiser wins a 12-month Gymbox membership.

Our charity partner, Campaign Against Living Miserably, runs a helpline and webchat with highly trained, paid staff. It's for anyone who needs it, for all of life's problems, by phone, webchat and WhatsApp. £8 can fund a potentially life-saving chat on CALM's helpline.

Questions

Something else? Get in touch by email or WhatsApp.

What is white collar boxing?

White collar boxing is boxing for people with day jobs and little or no fight experience. You train for eight weeks, get matched with someone of a similar age, weight and experience, and fight on a professional show in full protective kit. We run white collar boxing and Muay Thai in London.

Is Muay Thai the same as Thai Boxing?

Yes. Muay Thai is often called Thai Boxing in the UK. On our shows it's punches, kicks and knees, with no elbows, no knees to the head, and one grab and knee in the clinch.

Is it really free?

Yes, the coaching is free. You pay a £100 Fight Camp Deposit when you register for camp after the intro meeting, and you get it back after fight night once you've fought and sold your tickets.

Why is there a Fight Camp Deposit?

Fight camp is free because ticket sales on fight night pay for it. Places are limited, so the deposit makes sure every place goes to someone who'll train, fight and sell their tickets. You get your £100 back within 5 working days of fight night, once you've fought and hit both ticket targets.

Where does the ticket money go?

100% of ticket revenue goes towards fight camp and the running of the show. That's how the coaching stays free.

Do I need any experience?

No. 85% of our fighters have less than three months' experience when they sign up. If you've trained a bit and want to take the next step into the ring, you're just as welcome. Everyone is matched on age, weight and experience.
